About

This software was thought through next to the truck, not at a desk.

NakliyeHub is written by people who know how a mover’s day goes. Before adding a module we ask one question: does this help when the books are closed in the evening?

Kaptan, the veteran driver character of NakliyeHub, thinking

Where it started: scattered information

The lead comes on WhatsApp, the price is quoted from memory, the quote is written on paper, the job lives in a diary, the trip is in the driver’s head and collection is “we will see later”. None of it is wrong; all of it is somewhere else.

The problem is not missing software but scattered information. The same job gets three different prices in three places, and the truck coming back empty appears on nobody’s screen.

So we followed a single thread: from lead to delivery, from delivery to the ledger. Every step is tied to the one before it so nothing falls in between.

How we work

Three principles — all three visible in the product.

  • Start in the yard

Every screen is part of a real day. The 85 m³ of a jumbo body, rest rules, floor differences, exterior lifts — these are their own fields, not an “other” box on a form.

  • Do not overclaim

Private price suggestions stay in the tenant panel until reviewed. We never call an ETA an exact time or show invented customer counts. Every claim has a real screen behind it.

  • Craft

Spacing, type and contrast all come from one system and clear the accessibility threshold in both themes. Software looking trustworthy is part of it being trustworthy.

This is the work the product describes: boxes, sequence, occupancy and time. The photo illustrates the platform’s story.

Our promises

All five are verifiable; two are protected by automated tests.

  • Your data is yours

Companies are isolated at database level and that isolation is tested on every release. If you close your account we export your data for you.

  • We write no cookies to your customers

Storefront and quote pages use no cookies at all. It is not a preference but an architectural rule — the code forbids it.

  • No lock-in

Customer lists, jobs, quotes and ledger entries export as CSV. If you want to leave, you leave with your data.

  • No invented numbers

You will not find a single unsourced statistic on this site. We do not write “thousands of companies” because it would not be true.

  • No exact-time promises

Arrival time is always a window. Every screen shown to a customer says so, and we do not condemn the driver to an impossible promise.

Ask us what is on your mind.

Let us walk through the product together, on your own lane. It usually turns into questions and answers rather than a sales pitch, which suits us fine.
