Cookie-free surfaces

Pages shown to a company’s own customers — storefront, service and route pages, the price wizard, quotes, lead status and delivery views — WRITE NO COOKIES AT ALL. This is not a preference but an architectural rule, protected by automated tests.

Consequently no cookie consent banner is shown on those pages; there is no cookie to consent to.

Cookies used in the panel

• Session cookie: carries the identity of the signed-in user. It is bound to a single host (host-only), cannot be read by JavaScript and is sent over a secure connection only.
• Language preference cookie: remembers the panel interface language.
• Both cookies are STRICTLY NECESSARY for the service to work; neither is used for marketing or tracking.

No third-party tracking

No advertising network, social media pixel or third-party script for personalised advertising is used on the platform.

Page view counters are aggregate (anonymous) numbers and are not linked to individuals.

Browser storage

Your appearance preference (light/dark theme) is stored in your browser’s local storage. It is not sent to the server and is not associated with your identity.

Files and images

Uploaded photos, signatures and documents are stored in object storage (EU region) and served only through signed, time-limited links. Those links are closed to search engines.

E-mail

Notification e-mails are sent through a commercial relay provider. Delivery records are kept to resolve delivery problems; no tracking pixel is used in e-mail content.

Connected services

If the company enables them, services such as WhatsApp messaging and the voice assistant come into play. Those services’ own privacy policies apply and enabling them is the company’s decision.
